Louise Levison
Louise Levison is President of Business Strategies in Sherman Oaks, California (www.moviemoney.com) specializing in creating business plans for films and film companies as well as financial consulting. Levison is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Entertainment Studies of the Extension Program at UCLA and is publisher and editor of "The Film Entrepreneur: A Newsletter for the Independent Filmmaker and Investor." Her clients have raised money for single films with budgets from $20,000 to $30 million, and companies with budgets as high as $300 million. She regularly conducts workshops on financing for film organizations and at festivals. Levison holds an M.A. in Asian Area Studies and an M.B.A. in finance.


Emanuel L. Wolf
As President and Chairperson of Allied Artists, Manny has presented to the world some of its finest motion pictures. His films include Cabaret (Liza Minnelli, 10 Academy Award nominations and 8 Oscars), Papillon (Dustin Hoffman and Steve McQueen), The Man Who Would Be King (Sean Connery, Michael Caine, 4 Academy Award nominations), The Betsy (Sir Laurence Olivier, Robert Duvall, Tommy Lee Jones), and other classics. Also under his guidance, Allied Artists distributed the Academy Award winning foreign films A Man and a Woman, Battle of Algiers, Black and White in Color, Belle De Jour by Luis Bunuel, and Vittorio De Sica’s classic love story A Brief Vacation, which additionally won many major festival awards.

Renato Romano
Renato Romano is the President and CEO of Euramco Entertainment in Los Angeles, a worldwide motion picture/TV distribution company. Euramco handles acquisition and foreign distribution of U.S. Feature films, TV series, animated series, and documentary films. Their clients include MCA Universal Television, Paramount, MGM-UA, 20th Century Fox, Viacom, Film Ventures, New Line Cinema, New World, and Embassy Pictures. Renato has established sales offices for the company at major international film markets such as MIFED (Milan), MIPCOM (Cannes), NATPE, and AFMA and has assembled an extensive library of U.S. Product for international distribution, acquiring rights in perpetuity. He is also the owner of Eurobridge Productions in Culver City, a film/TV production and packaging company. In 2005, Renato Romano established the European Union Business Council in Los Angeles (EUBC), a nonprofit council of European Consuls General and Trade Commissioners, working together to promote trade between Southern California (in particular) and member and aspiring member nations of the European Union, especially the emerging economies of East Europe.

Cliff Hauser
Mr. Hauser started in the Motion Picture Advertising business with eleven years of creative and account management at the worldwide advertising firm of Diener-Hauser-Bates in the New York and Los Angeles offices. He was responsible for creative and media for five of the seven major studios and some thirty-five smaller independents motion picture and television companies. Over the next few years, Mr. Hauser served as head of marketing at Paramount and the Samuel Goldwyn, Company and as Creative Director at 20th Century Fox. Hauser Advertising of Beverly Hills was established in 1987 and continues to serve entertainment and traditional corporate clients for branding, all creative services, media placement and research.

Dale C. Olson
In 1967, Mr. Olson joined the famous worldwide entertainment public relations firm, Rogers and Cowan, where he rose to Executive Vice President of the company, and President of its motion picture division. Assisting them for over 18 years, they became a world leader in marketing campaigns. In 1985, he started his own firm, Dale C. Olson and Associates, which is currently one of the top public relations offices based in Los Angeles. Throughout his career, Dale has supervised more than 150 motion picture campaigns, including launching the Rocky, Superman, Rambo and Halloween pictures, and has been heavily involved in more than 25 successful Oscar campaigns, from In the Heat of the Night and Terms of Endearment to, most recently, American Beauty, Gladiator and Shrek.

Barry Arnold
An accomplished Writer, Designer, Director, and Producer, Barry Arnold has been a member of the creative team for numerous important productions, including many Broadway shows. For Superman producer Ilya Salkind and publicist Dale Olson, Barry produced the largest live film promotion of all time, placing a fleet of airplanes drawing mile high hearts above Los Angeles on Valentine’s Day, which received extensive international media coverage.

Nate Thomas
Nate Thomas is a tenured Associate Professor of Cinema and Television Arts and Head of the film production program at California State University, Northridge where in 1998 he was honored as the Outstanding Professor in creative activity. Mr. Thomas won a Sony Innovator Award in recognition of his film work and his recent independent feature film entitled East of Hope Street has received numerous awards and critical acclaim.
